The project is located in Aksu West Lake Scenic Area, in the middle of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, at the south foot of the middle section of Tianshan Mountains, and in the north of Tarim Basin. The Aksu region has been awarded honorary titles such as National Tourism City, National Health City, and National Forest City.
